Yes. Design your voucher in Canva, use your preferred designer or work with a template you already have. Download a unique code from Voucherbase and add it to your artwork.
Do I need to upload my artwork?
No. Your artwork stays in the tool where you created it. Voucherbase manages the unique codes and voucher records.
How do I add a QR code to my voucher?
Enter the voucher details in Voucherbase, generate your codes and download the code files. Place each unique QR code or barcode onto its own voucher design, along with the matching reference number.
How are vouchers verified and redeemed?
Authorized staff scan the code with a compatible phone camera or enter the reference number. Voucherbase checks the record and shows its status. Staff then confirm redemption, which updates the voucher record.
Can a voucher be redeemed twice?
After a successful redemption, that voucher is marked as redeemed and cannot be accepted again through Voucherbase. One-time redemption prevents duplicate use after redemption; it does not guarantee protection against every possible type of fraud.
Can I use Voucherbase on a phone?
Yes. The subscriber application is designed for desktop browsers and compatible mobile browsers, with direct installation as a mobile web app. The application previews on this website are illustrative; account access is opening soon.
Do my customers need the app?
No. Customers simply present their printed or digital voucher. Your authorized staff use Voucherbase to check and redeem it.
Can I print and share vouchers digitally?
Yes. Add your downloaded codes to printed vouchers or digital files, then share them through your usual channels, including email and WhatsApp.
How many codes can I generate each month?
The US$30 monthly plan includes 15 new unique voucher codes each billing month. The US$200 annual plan includes 30 each billing month. Unused allowances do not roll over.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid subscription period. Previously issued valid vouchers remain redeemable until their stated expiry. You can continue using your plan allowance until the paid period ends.
Does Voucherbase collect payments from my voucher customers?
No. You collect voucher purchase payments through your existing arrangements and distribute vouchers through your own sales channels. Stripe and PayPal are for your Voucherbase subscription. Voucherbase does not charge commissions on your voucher sales.
Can Voucherbase design a voucher for me?
Yes. Optional Standard Design is US$50, with delivery within 12 hours. Express Design is US$75, with delivery within 2 hours, subject to availability. Delivery periods begin after confirmed payment and receipt of the completed design brief.
How can customers find my business?
Both plans include a public business directory listing. Customers can use Find a Gift to search by business name, industry, country, location or voucher offering, then contact your business directly to purchase. Only approved business information is published.
What social media promotion is included?
The monthly plan includes social media mentions across Meta and TikTok. The annual plan includes a high-visibility social media campaign across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, showcasing participating businesses and their gift voucher opportunities.
How does the 90-Day Voucher Sales Guarantee work?
If you are a first-year annual subscriber and sell no gift vouchers during your first 90 days, you can claim a 50% subscription refund: US$100. Your membership continues for the rest of your subscription year. Claims are checked and require administrator approval; refunds are not automatic. See the full guarantee terms.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Monthly billing is US$30 per month, or US$360 over 12 months. The annual plan is US$200 per year, saving US$160, with 30 new unique voucher codes each month.
