Who qualifies
The guarantee is available once per business, on its first paid annual Voucherbase subscription at US$200. Monthly plans and annual renewals are not eligible. Your first 90 days begin when your first annual subscription is activated following confirmed payment.
What we promise
If your business sells no gift vouchers during those first 90 days, you can claim a refund of 50% of the annual subscription: US$100. Your membership and annual-plan benefits continue until the end of your original subscription year.
What counts as a sale
A sale is a gift voucher purchased from your business for payment, through any sales channel. Free gifts, test vouchers and codes generated without a sale do not count. A voucher can be sold without being redeemed; an absence of redemptions alone does not establish that no sales occurred.
How to claim
After your first 90 days, contact Voucherbase support during your first subscription year. Include your business name, subscription receipt or payment reference, and a statement confirming that you sold no gift vouchers in those 90 days. We may ask for relevant voucher and sales records to check the claim. There is no requirement to buy advertising or an additional service to qualify.
Review and refund
We check the original annual payment, the dates, your voucher and sales records, and whether the guarantee has already been used. A Voucherbase administrator must approve the claim before any refund is issued. If we need further information, we'll tell you what is needed. If a claim is declined, we'll explain why.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank. The refund does not cancel your subscription or remove your access. The guarantee cannot be combined with a duplicate refund of the same payment, and any amount already refunded reduces the amount available under this guarantee.
Your membership continues
Your original annual renewal date stays the same. You can cancel renewal without ending your current paid year. These guarantee terms apply to the subscription you purchased; later changes will not reduce this promise for that subscription.
